Selling to Europe

Selling to Europe used to be a breeze and a reasonable cost – not any more.

Unfortunately for our buyers across the water we have decided to stop selling to the EU. It is simply too exhausting and stressful and each transaction is exceedingly time-consuming for the small numbers involved. Of the items we have sent to Europe since January one has been lost for over 90 days, tracking is not updated on delivered and non-delivered items and more have been returned through the buyer refusing duties or not contacting customs at all.

We will still be selling to the US, Australia, New Zealand and Asia – which is now quicker and the costs haven’t risen. The EU is now just too much hassle for the work involved – sorry.

This may be reviewed at a later date.
