Techno Retro – Our Speciality

1960s Fidelity Record Player

1960s Fidelity Record Player

Here at Retro Bazaar we specialise in the restoration and refurbishment of vintage technology, including record players, radios, radiograms, typewriters, calculators and telephones.

Bluetooth Radio & Speaker

We restore design classics to their former glory and where possible add a touch of 21st century technology – this includes updating unusable speakers and radios to ‘active speakers’ where you can play tunes or stream radio via Bluetooth from your tablet, computer or phone (iPhone, Android & Blackberry)

Currently we are adding Bluetooth to our range of radios and speakers – floor standing and table top.

HMV Radiogram

We have an alternative solution for radiograms and music centres where these are converted to MP3. This 1960s HMV Radiogram has been fully restored, serviced, rewired and PAT tested plus MP3 facility has been added so you can save your record collection for that special occasion, but listen to music via your phone day-to-day.

We are happy to undertake customer conversions of speakers and radios however unfortunately we no longer restore customer radiograms.

1930s Underwood Typewriter

1930s Underwood Typewriter

We also like to bring vintage typewriters back to life – we give each a full clean and service, replace ribbons if required and ensure they are in full working order.
